How to delete your account
- Open the Itinero Travel app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the profile or account section of the app.
- Use the account deletion option available in the app and confirm the request.
- If the option is temporarily unavailable, use the support page to request account deletion.
What data is deleted
- Account data linked to the user profile.
- Saved routes, route points, notes and custom POIs created by the user.
- Favorites, sharing records and related account-linked content.
- Attachments uploaded by the user and associated account references.
What may be kept
- Subscription or payment records that must be retained for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons.
- Minimal technical logs required for security, abuse prevention or legal obligations, kept only for the necessary retention period.
